Client Entertainment: An evening tailored to your requirements, with the menu prepared by the cook and with help from any clients who want to get involved.

Wine Pairing: A menu prepared by the cook, and any guests who are interested in showing their skills, supported by a wine pairing with Stuart or Brian from City Beverage Company, one of the Capital’s most respected Wine Merchants.

Management Development: From light team building events, to full assessment or management development activities, Richard Coombes uses his many years of senior Human Resources Management experience to design an event which exceeds the needs of clients.

Located in selected venues, including your own location if it has the requisite facilities.

Madagascan Prawn BBQ

A wonderfully luxurious charcoal BBQ with the best of the worlds super large meaty prawns, Coal roasted Potatoes and herb salads. Wines are chosen to match.

Lobster & Champagne Feast

Scottish lobsters for up to 15 guests are prepared and cooked in front of your eyes (if you choose) whole and served en famille with garlic or plain butter. Accompaniments of duck fat roasted potatoes and lambs lettuce salad. Champagne!

2 Inch T-Bone Feast

Seriously juicy and impressive T-Bone Steaks cooked medium rare on the charcoal grill, served with Cafe De Paris Butter, Coal Roasted Potatoes and herb salad. A complex New World Shiraz?
